TZT M'Hamid
9th Edition – October 10 to 18, 2025
A Human and Solidarity-Fueled Desert Adventure
The 9th edition of TZT M’Hamid marked an emotional return to the region that originally inspired the spirit of this unique desert trail.
By returning to the raw, majestic landscapes of M’Hamid El Ghizlane, this edition truly highlighted the core mission of the TZTM: a sporting event with a powerful social purpose. More than ever, this edition helped reinforce the deep connection between physical challenge and social impact, embodied by the work of Run To Start, the Belgian non-profit that organizes the TZTM.
A Trail That Supports What Matters
All profits from this edition were fully donated to our long-standing local partner, APCIZ, an association based in Zagora, Morocco.
APCIZ provides care, education, and transportation to over 100 children living with disabilities, thanks to a dedicated team and a purpose-built center at the heart of the community. This year, participants had the privilege of visiting the APCIZ center, a powerful and emotional experience made possible by our return to the region. It was a reminder that every step taken in the desert supports a real cause.
A Trail With Purpose
The TZT M’Hamid is not just about 200 km of sand, stone, and sweat.
It’s a shared journey built on values : personal growth, mutual support, and social impact.
Thank you to everyone who made this edition possible.
To those who ran, walked, supported, organized, filmed, healed, cooked, transported, cheered, and cared, your contribution matters.
